About Ashley Frazier

Ashley is a passionate businesswoman who has worked in Sales and Marketing and been a small business owner since 2021. She understands the drive and determination required to be a successful agent!

Ashley approaches each real estate transaction with professionalism, responsiveness, and a willingness to do what it takes to create favorable outcomes. She knows that working in real estate means working with people, and her energetic and outgoing personality, coupled with a strong sense of compassion, allow her to make real connections that result in best case scenarios for her clients.

Born in London, England, Ashley lived with her family in California, Kansas, and Hawaii; once her dad got stationed at Andrews Air Force Base in 2005, Maryland has been her home! She currently resides in Welcome, MD, and is a mom of four children and two pugs they are obsessed with! Ashley enjoys working out, going to the beach, and participating in her kid’s sports and activities.

Ashley will focus on Residential Real Estate and work primarily out of our Charles County office in La Plata.
